Service Agreements

Below are the service agreements that are offered by Hartman Heating & Air.

Hartman’s Air Conditioning Service Agreement

 
Hartman checks:
ü       Voltage and amperage to all motors with meter.
ü       Air temperature drop across evaporator.
ü       For adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks.
ü       Evaporator superheat.
ü       Belt and adjust tension.
ü       Filters.
ü       Pressure switch cut-out settings.
ü       Electrical lock out circuits.
ü       Starting contactor contacts.
ü       All wiring and connections.
ü       Air temperature across condenser.
ü       That condensate drain is open.

Hartman also:
ü       Turns exposed dampers to cooling position, if marked. (No balancing)
ü       Installs gauges and checks operating pressures.
ü       Lubricates all moving parts.
ü       Cleans and adjusts the thermostat.
 

Hartman’s Gas Heating Service Agreement
 
Hartman cleans:
ü       Safety controls.
ü       Burners and controls.
ü       Pilot assembly.
ü       Flue pipe and draft diverter.

Hartman checks:
ü       For gas leaks in furnace.
ü       Belts and adjusts tension.
ü       Filters and adjusts if needed.
ü       Fan control.
ü       Furnace for fumes.
ü       The complete furnace cycle.
ü       Thermostat.

Hartman adjusts the:
ü       Pilot assembly.
ü       Thermostat.
ü       Pressure regulator.
ü       Safety controls.
 


Hartman will also lubricate moving parts and make and other necessary recommendations.
 

Hartman’s Gas Heating and Air Conditioning Service Agreement
This service agreement includes two routine calls.
 

Air Conditioning
ü       Install gauges and check operating pressures.
ü       Check voltage and amperage to all motors with meter.
ü       Check air temperature drop across evaporator.
ü       Check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks.
ü       Check evaporator superheat.
ü       Lubricate all moving parts.
ü       Check belt and adjust tension.

Gas Heating
ü       Clean flue pipe and base of chimney.
ü       Clean element of protect to relay and put in step.
ü       Clean burner and nozzle assembly.
ü       Adjust and check thermostat.
ü       Oil blowers and motors.
ü       Check belt and adjust tension.
ü       Check and adjust igniter cap.
ü       Check draft over fire.
ü       Check combustion.
ü       Check oil filter.
ü       Check nozzle.
ü       Check oil pump pressure.
ü       Check out complete furnace cycle.
ü      Make necessary recommendations.
